  We used Ben's services to sell our existing home in St. Louis Park and find our new, beautiful home in Maple Grove, MN. Our timing was critical because of the pending birth of our first child in July. Ben did an outstanding job locating homes in our desired area and making suggestions that closely resembled our search criteria. He quickly learned our styles and tastes, likes and dislikes and was always accommodating to our schedules when it came to viewing properties. We couldn't be happier with the house we ended up purchasing and all the helpful insight and suggestions Ben provided throughout the buying process. As for selling our existing home - Ben was very proactive marketing our property in a variety of different ways.
